Established in 2020 for melt-blown filters production. Investment of 1 million euros for the facility, equipment, materials, permits and certifications. On daily basis, 400 kg of finished goods are produced on 50 cm diameter rolls of varying widths.

New Facility

We have installed a production line for polypropylene (PP) nonwovens fabric, produced throughout the melt-blown, pneumo-thermic method – model GM600, manufactured by Shanghai Seven Seas Enterprises ltd.

Main parameters of the equipment:

Width of the produced material from 100 to 600 mm.

Fiber diameter 3 to 10 microns. specific weight of the produced material 20 to 80 gsm.

Maximum capacity 400 kg/day (24 hours).

Raw material PP chips 1,200 to 1,500 MFI (melt flow index).

Simplicity to install, commission and use, with no requirements for special engineering.

FFP2 masks

2 x 25 GSM layers, PFE at least 99.40 %, ∆P≤70 Pa at 30 l/min.

Non-woven material for firtration - melt-blown technology.

Raw material PP chips carefully selected – LG products, with last generation additives

The material has passed the tests performed by PPE Germany GmbH on their masks.

Testing

SC-FT-1406D automatic oil and salt dual aerosol filter and masks tester - manufactured by Scince Purge from Suzhou, China.

The testing equipment is accompanied by a clean and dry air supply system.

We have invested in the testing machine to ensure that the quality of our material is never compromised.

Main Parameters:

test flow 20 to 99 l/min, resolution 0.10 l/min, flow-meter accuracy ±2.50 % (FS).

resistance 0-500 Pa, resolution 0.10 Pa, manometer accuracy ± 1 % (FS).

test area 100 cm²± 0.50%. filter efficiency 40.00 % to 99.99 %.

Particle size of aerosol NaCl - median diameter of quantities 0.075μm, aerodynamic equivalent diameter 0.3μm

Particle size of aerosol Oil - median diameter of quantities 0.185μm, aerodynamic equivalent diameter 0.3μms.
